Academic Advisor
Veronica Aviles is an alumna of Loyola University of New Orleans, having graduated in 2015 with her BA in English Writing. She served as an admissions counselor for Loyola and brings three years of experience in recruitment and enrollment counseling. As Academic Advisor, she believes in serving as a collaborator, mentor, and guide to her students in their pursuit of academic excellence at Loyola. As a first generation graduate, Veronica seeks to instill within students the confidence to succeed and be proactive in their self advocacy and engagement of academic opportunities. Previously, she advised freshmen students in their leadership and engagement with the community of New Orleans through Loyola’s The First in The Pack mentorship program. Veronica also formerly served as Co-Chair to the New Orleans NACAC.
