Loyola uses an online management system for students registered with OAE to receive university-approved adjustments. With this technology, you will be able to:
- Quickly view and print Course Accommodation Records for classroom and testing accommodations
- Efficiently schedule tests and exams to be taken with accommodations and a proctor in our testing center
- View upcoming appointments for exams scheduled in the OAE testing center or meetings with your Accessibility Counselor

To access your online account, click on the link below and follow the login instructions:
Username: Enter your 8-character LOYNO email account name (everything before the @)
Password: Enter your LORA password using all CAPS
If you experience any technical difficulty during login, please contact the IT Help Desk directly at (504) 865-2255 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to create a support ticket.
Important Note: Students are responsible for notifying instructors of their approved accommodations at the beginning of each semester OR as soon as they are fully registered with OAE. Instructors are responsible for accessing and acknowledging Course Accommodation Records online and then implementing the accommodations as outlined. All inquiries or concerns about the appropriateness of an accommodation determination should be communicated directly to our office via phone, email, or in person.
