Allison Sutton is the Office Manager for the Student Success Center. She is responsible for daily operations, including the tutoring schedule, management of the operating budget, the student worker payroll and web editing. Allison provides special assistance to the Senior Director, Brad Petitfils and assists the entire SSC team with daily workflow, testing in disability services, academic success workshops, special event planning, IT and facilities issues.
Allison received her master’s degree in Library & Information Science at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. For most of her career, Allison has worked in higher education, spending a decade as an Academic Librarian/Subject Specialist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Allison joined the SSC Team in summer of 2016, but back in the '90s was a Senior Admissions Counselor right here at Loyola New Orleans. She is absolutely delighted to have returned to Loyola’s campus--her work home--where she, once again, has the opportunity to work with and support the students, faculty and staff of Loyola.
