Barriers to Access Reporting

Loyola University New Orleans is committed to equal access for persons with disabilities. As such, we strive to remove barriers to facilities and programs wherever they exist.

If you encounter a barrier to access on our campus, such as an inoperable elevator, bicycles blocking an access ramp, or other obstructions, please help us identify them so we can maintain access by removing the barriers as quickly as possible.

Please report the barrier you have encountered using the form below. Completing the form does not constitute filing a formal complaint or grievance. The appropriate office at Loyola will follow up in as timely a manner as the information provided permits. The report generated in completing this form is routed to the Office for Accessible Education and Facility Services and will be routed elsewhere as warranted. The form may be completed anonymously; however, in doing so, we may not be able to investigate thoroughly if there is a need for additional information.
