First-In-The-Pack: Your Story Matters
Being the first of anything is a daunting challenge; however, at Loyola, you do not have to go through this experience alone. First-in-the-Pack (FITP) emphasizes the importance of fostering the values of community, mentorship, and advocacy for first-generation students at Loyola University New Orleans. FITP is a community of first-generation students, faculty, and staff seeking to support and learn from one another. FITP provides first-generation students with additional academic resources, networking and service opportunities, and student-led programs and initiatives, focusing on setting up students for success.
