First-In-The-Pack: Your Story Matters
Being the first of anything is a daunting challenge; however, at Loyola, you do not have to go through this experience alone! First in the PACK (FITP) is a subset of the TRIO mentoring program that focuses on supporting first-generation students. FITP is a campus-wide network of faculty, staff and students who create a community of support as they mentor first-generation students through challenges, navigate Loyola’s resources, and prepare for life after college.
How can a student join this organization?
FITP is a leadership, mentoring, and community service organization affiliated with Loyola’s Office of Student Support Services/TRiO. In order to become a member of FITP, eligible students must apply and enroll into the TRIO program.
